   He has two years of experience in the IT industry and holds a bachelor's degree in software engineering from Project Technology University. After graduation, he worked as a network engineer, with his last role at a Fortune Global 500 company. Additionally, he handled troubleshooting and technical support for critical meetings. His experience also includes system operations involving Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Office applications. During his internship, he worked in global IT support, assisting with international systems.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in software engineering. He studied computer languages like Java and Python, using them to design websites. In his last company, he transitioned into a hardware engineering role, troubleshooting PCs and laptops, along with handling common software issues.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   In his recent company, his responsibilities includes managing computer room operations, configuring infrastructure such as servers and switches, and providing IT support. He maintained over 400 devices, including PCs, printers, and telephones, and managed IT asset statistics.
