He also served as an IT Manager, overseeing IT infrastructure, maintaining equipment and systems, and planning office setups in China, including servers, routers, switches, ASA, and backup systems. Additionally, he handled MS Dynamics CRM and Office 365 deployment, ensuring CRM accessibility via both browser and Outlook. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skill is hands-on experience in solving IT problems efficiently. When users face issues with their laptops or systems and feel frustrated, he first listens to their concerns, helping them stay calm while resolving the problem.
