1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 20 years of experience, including a decade in local and international logistics operations, he has developed a robust career. From 2021 to 2022, he served as a Project Manager at XXXX Logistics, accumulating around five years of IT expertise. His extensive corporate background spans approximately 15 years. He then joined a leading e-commerce company in the Middle East as a Project Manager for overseas warehousing, where he was responsible for constructing large warehouses and managing the bidding process for various projects. Following this, he briefly worked at XXXX Company in India but left due to personal circumstances that required him to return to China to care for his family, including three children and his ailing parents.
    

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in 
His strongest skills include expertise in software and programming languages. He is also skilled in project management , when he was a project manager he addressing local logistics issues and seeking to identify suitable logistics service providers. He collaborating with companies to discuss service parameters and establish relevant KPIs.
