1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 10 years of experience in the IT industry and graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Nigeria. He began his career as an IT Support Specialist, spending four years in the role before moving to China, where he completed his master's degree. In 2014, he started working for an American software company as a NOC Engineer, responsible for monitoring corporate IT infrastructures, including applications, networks, servers, and databases. He later transitioned to a System Engineer role, handling Level 2 and Level 3 IT support, managing corporate applications, domain controllers, Windows servers (both on-premise and cloud), and AWS infrastructure. In November of last year, he left his role to establish his own independent IT service consulting company.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include extensive experience with Windows Server, Linux, and networking. His expertise spans Windows and Linux servers, cloud and on-premise platforms, and physical infrastructure. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Over the years, he has worked with PC hardware and desktop support, making him well-versed in IT support roles.  Additionally, he has experience in data center operations and desktop support. He has experience in system support for Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Server, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Office suites. Additionally, in his role as a NOC Engineer, he was responsible for proactive monitoring of servers and applications to identify and address potential issues. His primary focus was incident management, serving as the first line of support for outages and system disruptions. When a customer-facing application experienced downtime, the issue would be reported to the NOC department, where he would analyze and diagnose the root cause. Depending on the nature of the problem whether network, database, or server-related he would escalate it to the appropriate team. He also coordinated bridge calls with engineers and prepared reports to ensure timely resolution. In critical cases, such as a complete server or website outage, he adhered to SLAs requiring a company-wide incident report within 30 minutes, detailing the issue and the ongoing resolution efforts. He has experience using Jira and ServiceNow.
