His last role was as a Senior IT Infrastructure Executive at XXXX, where he was responsible for IT infrastructure projects across multiple locations in China. His responsibilities included managing infrastructure components such as cabinets, cabling, firewalls, switches, and other IT devices. He also coordinated with local vendors to support retail stores across different cities. Additionally, he handled VIP support, including assisting brand leaders with meetings and providing English-language support, as some vendors faced communication challenges. His role also involved helpdesk support as needed.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He excels in user support and communication. He has improved over time and is now focusing on project management. Additionally, he recently earned CCNA and CCNP certifications.

   He has experience in user support. While working at XXXX, there was a network issue at the host office in Shanghai. By the time he identified the issue, business hours had ended, and most employees had finished work. He discovered that over 80% of the network traffic was lost. He collaborated with the European network team to diagnose the problem and determine a resolution timeline. Unlike some companies using ServiceNow, XXXXX had an internal system for managing tickets. He needed to create a ticket, escalate the incident, and coordinate with the team to resolve it efficiently.
