On a daily basis, he handled around 10 to 15 cases, totaling nearly 50 tickets per week. Some tickets were auto-generated by the system, while others were manually submitted by users through hotlines. If an initial support agent couldn't resolve an issue, he would step in to assist or escalate it further. His expertise includes desktop support, video conferencing hardware such as POLYCOM and Cisco, and IT peripherals like monitors and IP phones. When issues couldn't be resolved in-house, he coordinated with vendors. He is well-versed in troubleshooting Windows environments, from Windows 7 to Windows 11, as well as Microsoft Office 365 applications, Teams, and proprietary company software, including SAP. He also has experience supporting mobile devices, including MacBooks, iPads, and mobile authentication tools like Intune.
