He is strongest in Project Management and testing and recently did a project using Agile methodology.
He has done a project, has good relationship with team mates and clients and good customer feedback at the beginning, did the project according to the Agile methodology at the end of the Sprint, should not add additional story, will not simply reply to the client yes or no, he will talk with the team and after his team gives him the feedback he will then tell the client, what is the risk in the new modification by the client, the way he manages the team, knows the impact by the end of the to not complicate, monitoring, and communicating and quality master, resolve conflicts and performance feedback.
