She was promoted to customer support specialist within a year for her innovative contributions. Following XXXX's acquisition by XXXX, she continued to grow as a duty manager, obtaining a PMP certification to enhance her project management skills. She has experience in managing projects, addressing challenges, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to improve processes and resolve issues, along with basic technical knowledge of the product.
