1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been working for about 10 months in his current company, where he is focusing in the life science industry and to develop the NGS, the next generation sequencer. This targeting is to provide gene testing for the end clients. Different industries compared to the industry that he did before. He has been decorating all the marketing materials and attending exhibition for medical care as well as the soft copy of the product brochures. It is quite stressful intensive because his current company is a startup company. He also helps in the cells in the front line to explain the technical stuffs as well as doing the pre-sales presentation introduction to their clients so that they’ll have them get a brief understanding about their company.

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in
He has strong communication skills because that is how he survives in different industries. He was included in the financial and software selling and then biomedical industry. He communicated with the technical people and helped them to transfer their language of R&D terms into what is understood to general people. So, that is why he can do the marketing job as well as the freestyle presentation or the engineering job. In case there is an issue, he seeks help from the R&D team as well as the technical team to get them involved in the project. It is no problem for him if a project was handed to him with a near deadline because he has good project management skills as well.

3. Do you have list/s of key criteria that the client needs? If so, can you tell me more?

He has an experience in B2B sales that involves engineering or construction clients. He has a project involved when he was in Hong Kong. An IoT project that was fitted for different construction sites and have placed different sensors to do the construction sites to get and collect that information for building like collecting the materials that whether they have it already delivered or not, and how many layers have already been completed. Different contract vendors that will help them get involved in different stage of construction. They have also evaluated their company value through the how many contracts they get and get involved in Hong Kong market. He has brief understanding in the construction industry.
