Currently working as an Individual Consultant responsible for process optimization preparing the documents, prototypes, and recommendations to the client. He established a business planning and analytics department composed of two units; process optimization responsible for optimizing the business processes and analysis.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in business process 4.7 out of 5. He has solid experience in developing documents for business requirements and process workflow diagrams where he uses Visio for diagrams, and schedule of customer onboarding once the application has been received it will be query back to the customer and will be documented in the Visio specifically using the ClickUp workflow diagram and for the project management he uses sigma. He is a quick learner and has the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly with strong in documentation/ppt skills.
