He is currently finalizing his masters for 1 month. He was working in Hong Kong 2 months ago and came back from HK in the previous weeks and he works as a research assistant for his professor in XXX . He worked in HK for about 2 years and 1 year after his masters he works remotely with his professor and works about the reinforcement learning and submitted 1 paper and 1 paper also will be submitted this month. He worked in the area of reinforcement learning and QI related to artificial intelligence and uses MATLAB, but he also does basic python.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
For his technical skills, he created algorithms which is something difficult because he published it in one of the strongest journals. He can develop his skills in self learning because when he started his job in XXX Science and Technology, he gets his experiences with the help of his professor but most of his skills are self-taught. Rates his technical skills 4 out of 5 because he develops himself and feels like he needs to learn more so that he will leave the 1% for his learning.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He does not use python completely, but it was beside his work. He used python for his application and still learning about it because he wants to shift and know more about it because they’re somewhat interconnected. When he learns a specific language, he is skilled to do it also using other languages, so he has the skills to cope up.
