- Currently he is doing a technical support in their family business since Sept. 2020. His main duty there is to provide server/network maintenance and monitoring services for a SME. He also overseas trading and exporting of electronic equipment and parts.
- In XXX he was the IT Desk-side support, he was in charge in some local IT support he was supporting over 650 local end-users. He hasn’t professional experience in structured cabling setting up switches, routers but he knows how to work on it.
- He rates himself 5 out 5 in Active directory but in supporting end-user not in infrastructure side since they have other team who supports the infrastructure of AD. They have hybrid set-up of Active Directory. Local AD for Asia and Cloud based AD. His main duty using AD is assigning permission, group email permission, computer account management etc.
- He is strong in supporting Windows Operating System. Any issue that occurs on this, he can fix it because he is familiar on it and because of his analytical thinking he can resolve it.
