1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started working in the chemistry side of things when he was with XXXX as a Lab Assistant; he worked there and analysed samples from different companies, provided feedback to the government to be able to use for policy construction about environment. After that, he started his business and that’s the time he got into data analytics, also did some courses in statistics and enrolled himself in PhD. For most recent years, he has worked as data analyst for a couple of gigs in database design and also was involved with data visualization, helped in optimizing supply chain for some clients, and use Big Query and Firebase for data warehousing as well. He also has a bit of AWS experience for some clients who wanted to automate their collection and visualization of data. Currently, he’s also studying machine learning engineering and has enrolled on another course for it to understand more of Docker, Kubernetes, and some algorithms. The last project he was involved with was a mental health data where he used SPSS to make factor analysis to understand different people and map their skills.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be on full stack of data collection to visualization; he can source for data, clean the, ensure the quality according to customer standard, and store them in databases as well or in cloud. He is also good with automating visualization on dashboard, market research, and in terms of the technologies, he’s proficient with Python, SQL, and R, a little bit of SPSS; in terms of visualization, he’s good with PowerBI, for databases, he’s good with MySQL and Big Query.
