1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been living in the Germany for the past 25 years but finished his studies in Italy and MBA in UK. His experience started with very hands-on engagements in software engineering and programming, mostly using Java, C++, relational databases, and all that stuff. During the beginning of 2000s, he joined the CRM bandwagon with XXXX and left them as a Principal Consultant. Then since 2004, he has been working as a freelancer more on the CRM area, business analysis, owner roles, then eventually project management, and later on engagements with e-commerce as well. At the same time, he’s also a small entrepreneur for his e-commerce platform which he also have lots of experience with since he has worked for an ecommerce platform for a global pharmaceutical company previously.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his technical background since he has been into different domains, different roles, and has very good communication skills as well between both customer and technical team side. He also has good organization capabilities in general, can really understand the situation and pain points of customers.
