- He‘s been working with XXX for 5 years now. In his first year, he's responsible for SEA countries, Australia, Guam, and New Zealand. He was responsible for setting up their stores, offices, pop-up stores, warehouse and also do the technical support. Currently, he is leading 20 engineers.
- After that he became the Senior Network Engineer and handled their Shared Service employee that handles the first line of support in their company. He was also a part of IP phone migration projects. He is also handling their vendors like Verizon, Fujitsu, etc. 5 vendors for shared service.
- He is responsible for their Network like WAN, LAN, OUP, Security, etc. He is working now with his manager on some project delivery.
- He is also responsible for handling the ordering management for the infrastructure team. He needs to make sure that all the regional orders are all paid and have invoices. For their vendors he needs to make sure that all the transactions are all paid and they are using ESKAR as their order management system.
