He built his career in IT for 17 years and he specializes in integration and anything that has do with his with it he has knowledge like A2A, B2B and B2G. He also has knowledge with EDI, and he also does a lot of freelance work and has been doing it for 10 years now and he was involved with web app development, maintenance, support and technical support and he also built a team a few times and his role is an integration manager in the luxury business he manages a team of 3 people doing the delivery of the solutions they are pretty much DevOps. In terms of IT, he has been all over the place.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is able to lead by example and he enjoys learning especially if it's challenging and does the architecture and the design he also contributes to the technical soundness of the solutions, he is also able to bring people up as long as they have the right attitude and have proven it in the past working big multi-national companies he also handled 10 people at one time and handled different people from different department.
- Maintaining database is part of his day-to-day IT operations and he has strong experience with it, and he also manages all the tickets they receive, and he does know all the incident management systems and has used ServiceNow and used Remedy in the past. He can work on SQL, Oracle, Post SQL and worked with them on the past and has developed procedures in the past but haven't done DBA work. He has also used MongoDB experience and Elastic Search for analysis and research, and he used different tools and platforms with integration.
4. He also used Jira and Monday.com, he is also able to organize the board of how they can effectively work and on what they need to do to work more effectively and uses it on day to day basis. |
