He worked as an IT Manager for 4 years now. His responsibility is to manage the IT equipment’s for the company and managed the IT supplies and helped upgraded facilities in the IT department he was promoted from IT Officer to IT Manager due to the performance that he has shown. He has been managing a team of IT people and he has been managing them ever since he was promoted. He also managed the whole IT department in the IT Infra side and the website and everything IT involved, and he was responsible in both hardware and software maintenance.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is more on the IT infrastructure side and also in Office 365 server and setting up domain setting and he also works as the global admin and he also assist with the IT needs to other offices, he is also very knowledgeable in using Linux and he collaborates with different department to help for the IT needs, and he is also involved in the email migration and they also give an orientation for the do's and don’ts.
- He has experience with Windows Server and setting SAN and create back-up files and AWS Cloud and he is certified with AWS. He also has an experience using VMWare for their software virtualization and uses it often for the virtualization of their machines.
- He experienced setting up Cisco product for a year and set it up for their restaurant partners and stopped using it since it is expensive. But he has maintained Cisco products before and did it for over a year.
5. He has managed and installed a Fortinet firewall for their VPN services and helped in maintaining the product. He has no experience with Bloomberg. Since he is working in the Restaurant industry, but he is very willing to learn the Bloomberg methodology. |
