- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is from the Philippines and working as a Service Desk from 2012 and started in X and went in Insurance companies. He is still working with his current company since 2019, he is like a local IT and does on-site support and if there is any concern from the user he will entertain and does the onboarding and install Windows and helps in activating their account and if there is any issue, he does the troubleshooting but not the deep dive troubleshooting and offboarding as well if they resigned and collects all the hardware. He also does the purchasing and raise it to the PR if they need new equipment especially with the new employee.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is very good in multi-tasking he is also assisting walk-in users. He has a lot of experience in providing technical support for any types of users and has a great success rate in it.
- He has no experience in setting up database and his current profession is not handling the database servers as he is more focused on the technical support side.
- He is also in-charge in fixing the basic troubleshooting for the computer and does it almost every day for the network server he can only check if there is an internet coming in and if the server will not go online then he will call the network team.
5. Currently he is using Jira, Azure and before they were using share well before migrating project. He tried using AWS and Google Cloud but is not very experienced with it. But he will undergo a for the Cloud Services that is provided by their company. |
