- He’s currently working as Technical Support in XXX HK. His main duty is to support customer’s via email with the issue on their products and he also do some LAN cabling.
- He was an IT Helpdesk Support in an Architectural firm which is XXX, he basically do the first level support, some of the issues that he encounter was, issue in CAD software, emails, installation and account administration using Active Directory and sometimes, he also setting up video conference. He leaves XXX, because of the chaos on those times and the company is too far from where he lives and there’s no transportation that time, so he decided to find a company near him, and at those times his Spouse will be in the last month of her pregnancy so he can’t risk his life for his family.
- His strongest asset is Hardware Troubleshooting. He rates himself 4 out 5 because he has an extensive experience doing those things. He has an experience in PC assembly in XXX, he troubleshoots PC, Laptops, Printers, and other devices and he is the point of contact for all the devices that has a defect and he will fix it.
