  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?

He was working in Singapore for 9 years since 2013 and started working as a Helpdesk Specialist and was then asked by his supervisor to be the desktop engineer and worked that position for 4 years and handled the banking industry he was assigned to different accounts like banks, schools, health (like SG Hospital) and worked as a Desktop Engineer there, in 2018 he transferred to his current as a technical support engineer and the role was a bit different they are more into technology and helps create apps for their clients and helps bridge the concerns of the clients to the technical team if he is not able to fix the issue.

  1. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?

For his skillsets working as desktop engineer, it is more on troubleshooting he was exposed with windows and with the windows environment and they were troubleshooting systems from Windows XP to Windows 10, and he has exposure in using VMWare and they used it for providing virtual machine for the developers and he is also exposed in active directory, group policy, changing roles in the banking industry. With his current job he gained skills in product development and eCommerce technology, and they have been building apps and he was also exposed with Agile management.

  1. When he was in the Philippines, he was a manager of a team and worked as a subject matter expert. He handles the concern and mostly on the performance and with the upscaling of his colleague and make sure that the productivity rate is high, and he was handling 15 people in their team. When he was a desktop engineer, he was the Senior, and he was the one mentoring the newcomers in their team he was also doing the training and overlooks the team and handles the customer success on the technical side. He also shares his knowledge to the team based on his experience.
  2. He doesn't have a direct control with the database systems, and it is being handle by the head of Engineering. But with his previous job he helps in maintaining the database systems and uses Oracle and they are helping in making updated.
5. He was resolving level 2 issues and reproducing and documenting for level 3 to be able to investigate. when the ticket was sent to him from level 1, he will then to the test that's all need to be done since he has more access than the level 1 support team. He has used Jira and Zendesk and the most complicated he used is IBM Maximo and he also used with ServiceNow which is an ITIL certified ticketing tool since he was exposed with different accounts he has to learn all of them.
