1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is an IT engineer with about 7 years of experience now and has Master’s Degree in project management as well. She started her career with XXXX as a Proxy Product Owner/Quality Analyst where she was responsible for create new platforms for all the users, also working on security, writing user stories, doing some tests, and also coordinated with UX and UI designers for the platforms. After that, she got her payment experience with XXXX as again a Proxy Product Owner/Quality Analyst and later on a Payment Project Manager/Business Analyst where she was involved in payment solutions both online and offline side and also coordinate with different teams to get the business’ stakeholder requirements. She also worked with XXXX as a Payment Product Owner where she was involved with the deployment of new solutions, write user stories using specific requirements, and managed different teams as well. She worked closely there with UX and UI designers to see the platform together in both desktop and mobile versions. Also was a Proxy Product Owner/Project Manager for XXXX where she worked with some projects, do all tests, and manage the developers as well; at the same time, she was doing project management and had to manage costs of the projects, do presentation of deadlines, risk assessments, and such. She moved then to XXXX as a Payment Product Owner/Project Manager where she managed all kinds of payment methods and services. Her last role was with XXXX as a Payment Product Manager where they developed their own solutions and new technology architecture, created different payment services all connected in Kafka, and created a new website and new features to optimize process payments.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her technical background since she’s already a software engineer and now working with product teams so she’s able to discuss the software with the developers without any problem, understand what they need, do, and their challenges. She has mostly worked within payments and e-commerce and she’s fine to work with different teams, subjects, and topics related to payments. So she’s good in both the IT and the business side of things.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 7 years of experience in product management and project management, has good knowledge and experience with Figma and Sketch since she has worked with lots of UI/UX and product designers in her career; on top of that, she is familiar with design principles and standards. She also has a good grasp of payment and fintech solutions since she has been doing this for the whole of his career.
