1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Worked as a Senior Technical Consultant Solutions Architect in XXX Technology basically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud focused on journey builder, studio part, automation part, mobile push and sms part. He was a technical lead in a support company with many luxury brands working with them. His job role was implementing salesforce marketing cloud, share guidelines with the stake holders together with his support team based on JIRA, SQL queries, emailing parts, checking the data for relevant personalization of the account emails.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is strongest in treatment of data, personalization of the email and creating cloud pages for customer to get the first party data then the information would synchronize the marketing cloud or external system. API is the most important part of marketing cloud in getting from external system. Rated 5 out of 5 because he was able to solve many complicated issues with his previous project.
Successful project was with one retailer brand with boutiques around the world, implemented sms part, push notifications part with his junior team.
