Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career with XXXX as a Business Development Executive and was later on promoted to a Senior position. He was mostly involved here in building network to reach new potential customers. After that, he joined XXXX as an Account Executive but had to leave after several months due to the industry situation in Indonesia that time. He then transferred to XXXX as a Key Account Manager where they assigned him to push their products to launch on modern market in Indonesia. After pandemic, he shifted as the head of delivery/ warehouse and marketing team as well. His current role is with XXXX as an Account Manager for APAC where he ensures customer satisfaction and full utilization of their applications.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be building genuine relationship with his customers. He is good with establishing good connections that he thinks would be beneficial for both sides. Rates himself a 4/5 in general since he is satisfied with himself but there is always something to learn.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has some experience with project/product manager especially during his time with Sherlock for about 2 years. Also has technical background and does lots of technical stuff in his current role including pre-sales and technical support. Has experienced deploying SaaS and doing it in XXXX right now.
