  1. He is not engaged in any company since January 2021, but he just been active in looking for a new opportunity since May 2021. In his recent job, he was the Account Manager (Customer Success Officer) in XXX. Basically, he handles all the customer concerns before on-boarding, he will do the upsell after a year of subscription. He always builds good relationship with their business partners and sometimes in a direct customer.
  2. In XXX he was focused on the ERP products like CRM, logistics etc and he is doing a B2b sales. He is strong in building rapport, he even rates himself 4 out 5 because, even if it is a phone call, he can build trust to his customers and he can handle complex situation in a professional manner.
