Currently working as an Account Manager in her first IT sales job responsible for numerous cold calls, reaching the business companies, and IT managers, and then selling the firewall, software, and hardware solutions. After making numerous cold calls, she is now compiling a list of possible clients. They hold a sales meeting each week when they present their customer management pipeline. She handles medium-sized businesses where the company wants firewall upgrades that include other subsidiary add-ons from an older version to a newer version.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She specializes in firewall, and VPN solutions, and rates herself 4 out of 5. She is quick to learn new technical things and ensures that she can grasp the e-commerce content of products quickly. With her soft skills and competency in her speech, she can demonstrate good performance in sales. She doesn't have any experience in the retail sector, but she does have customer service experience from her work as a telemarketer for a B2C company.
