He is currently working in XXX and working in a different account at the moment. He is currently dealing with more than 1 role at there and does different responsibilities. In the beginning he was working in XXX which is a help desk in apple and do face to face consultations with the walk-in clients or an IT service desk and worked there for 7 to 8 months and was on a shift with the other employee as well. He was also working with the tickets, remedy systems, and service now. He also said that he do remote-control fixing and the updating of the systems.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that he is good in infrastructure in IT and passionate about the clients and have call him a very passionate guy because he always welcomes them with a smile. With good communication skills even if it’s F2F, virtual meetings, or calls and he is also quick to respond in emails, etc. He has an ability to adapt and with troubleshooting skills and good in problem solving as well.

He has 1 and a half years of experience in support and with extensive knowledge in Windows OS (7 & 10), MS Office & 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware/peripherals, and said that he has some experience in supporting mobile devices.
