1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a Business Analysis responsible for gathering the user requirement, and specifications and let the developer work on it after the changes UAT testing should be performed. She is currently working on a project Communication between the system to admin work and then sending the information to the system so that the sounds can directly input the codes from the system and the instruction will be sent automatically downstream to the market after the execution. This project keeps expanding because previously the target is just HK sales, now covering Japan sales, and Singapore sales.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She specializes in Structure products, development, and business analysis and rates herself 4 out of 5. She has solid experience in developing documents for business requirements and process workflow diagrams where she uses Visio for the workflow diagrams from scratch. She is not familiar with the business aptitude however she is adaptable and has the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly. She has no proper training in the ppt however she has created a presentation with the projects she is working on. She created a mock-up presentation using PowerPoint about the changes, user and business requirements, and keep their feedback on what needs to enhance.
