Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He have been staying in Hong Kong for 10 years now and most of his career experience in for customer service and IT helpdesk. He worked for 3 years in XXX Fargo which is his first IT role as an Operations analyst and after that, he moved to his current company which is the XXX Re Reinsurance. He do the tier one support for the users or the internal employees and helping them with any IT related issues. They also helped with the HR queries or facilities related, they have to direct those queries to the HR team etc. he also mentioned that they are following the Agile way of work and he is also part of the Major Incident Management which he is the Process Operation Deputy.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that he is more on the well-rounded side since it is part of his job to know more on the IT applications and needs to get to know more stuff on certain applications. He also said that he’s glad since he is part of the Incident management and not everyone was to get the opportunity for that.
