- Currently he is working in XXX, as APAC IT Engineer. He covers an IT issues in APAC such as China Thailand Vietnam and Bangladesh. Most of his duty is to support the windows system deployment of applications like Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Intune project. They are trying to control all the mobile devices like iPad.
- He is the one-man IT Team in his current company doing all the supports and management for the IT concerns like 50% of his task is supporting users’ problems and his 50% is for IT Project Management and training newcomers.
- When he was working in the bank, he was in charge in maintain and supporting Servers matter, like backing up daily files and rolling back up trail in IBM center every 6 months. So, he is also familiar with the AD, DNS, and some networking.
- He is strong in communication skill, since he is a multi-lingual he can speak Thai, English, Mandarin fluently. So, he can relay the message to his colleague or to the users that have a computer issue that needs to be resolve. He is also good at structured cabling because he has an extensive experience on this since he is a one-man IT team in his current company.
- The most recent system or application that he already implemented are PON and ECVision.
