1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working under the X production as Application Support supervising the APAC region for the EMS trading system, OMS in-house, PMS, and third-party software. He is responsible for the resolution of any issues and monitoring the alert systems that might be able to trigger an investigation of the alert, such as if one of the critical servers was down, and must provide an immediate solution.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in Office trading application workflow such as OMS rates 5 out of 5, and PMS rates 3 out of 5. He has user experience with Sharepoint, Office 365, Onedrive, and MS Teams and has never been involved in any projects, and has no solid experience as well. He has no exposure to the third-party software such as Nintex, Tableau, and Crystal Reports as well as no exposure on any web development apps.
