She is previously working in the architectural field for almost 4 years and participated in a large-scale projects like development of hospitals etc. she is currently finding or a career change because she noticed that there is no space in her career in Hong Kong if she pursues architecture so she wants to explore some other design related industry.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She have an emphatic heart and a very curious person which she wants to understand the people especially the users’ needs since she is more on the architectural field because in HK, she said that the designs and the infrastructure that is being develop are not that human centred that’s why she wants to explore a new career path or direction in the industry.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She have an experience in Figma and Adobe XD which she really takes courses for that so that she can be familiarized with the tools as well as the processes related to that. She rates her skill in using Figma 4 out o 5 while XD is 4.5 since she is more familiar with it and with experience for the both tools or 6 months now. She also has a project management experience but for the architecture which she rates her skill 4out of 5.
