- Currently he is working in XXX, as an Asia IT Manager. He is in charge in managing IT activities in 4 locations, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Dongguan. He does maintain their servers and systems including, Vmware, Exchange server, File servers, FTP server, Spam mail system, Citrix, VPN connection, Wifi etc.
- In XXX and in XXX, he is the one who established and build the whole IT Department that is why he rates himself in IT infrastructure as 4 out 5. He started from scratch and do it alone. He created the group of IT Developer. He become programmer in his early career but switched to IT professional so sometimes he does the coding but because he already built the IT Development team that team is in charge in IT development projects, he is just an overseer and a mentor.
- He was travelling quite frequent in China, especially in Dongguan. His strongest asset is his management skills because in his experience he needs to manage different people in different countries, so he has the skill to communicate properly with diverse culture. As a manager he always understands his subordinates and identify the strength and weaknesses of his team so that he knows where he will focus to improve his subordinates and to have a smooth IT operation.
- Some of the projects and system that he already implemented was Mail Servers, VPN Servers, firewall, ERP system and migrating from old to new system or server.
