He has a strong hybrid skillset and on the technical side he has strong skills on Python, and he also has accounting background and he also has a strong communication skill and he can work well with Teams.
- He also led the collaboration with all X partnered banks, liaising with all of the company’s banking partners as the business and implementation contact and he also helped build the customer liability GL automation for Crypto.com app, reducing the manual effort from weeks to less than 3 days.
He also served as the lead of a mid-sized agile team in X finance, bridging business needs and technical implementation. As part of this, he communicated with upper management, providing holistic updates on project progress regularly. |
