- Currently he is working in XXX as Assistant IT Manager, he usually provides consultancy to the IT Management. He had an experience supporting Bloomberg trading system in his different projects and banks such as HSBC, CITIC, Swedish Bank and so on.
- In XXX he was the Senior System Specialist, he was responsible in managing and supporting production environment to ensure IT support requests within HK Branch including IT and business operation; support MS Office 2013, Citrix, Midas, AS400, Dow Jones and Lotus Notes software running in Windows 7 or 10 and manage 20 VMs including Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016 installed with MS SQL with VMWare VCenter and ESXi.
- He has experience in Microsoft Systems like setting up Windows 2008,2012 and 2016. He also maintains the servers in HK Data Center. He has an MCSE and rates himself 4.
- He has 4-5 years’ experience in Virtualization Technology. He installs the VMWare and operating system. He has no certificate and rates himself 4.
- His major is AD, Window server VMware, he looks after users, they need to perform application support and coordinate with the infrastructure team or certain concerns, like internet line, for the license, cloud server, server that was built in data center. In his previous company he was supporting servers and application in different countries like, Thailand, China, Phil, Japan etc.
- His experience with the Oracle ERP is more on end-user.
