- Currently he is working in XXX as Assistant Manager, System Administrator. He is handling HK and China team. They just recently finish their Infrastructure project, they build a new warehouse, production, and office area then they execute the IT infrastructure plans. So currently they have internal new projects like cyber security and implementation of ServiceNow. He guides his team to build up the policy on ServiceNow to build IT standard and easy to manage environment.
- He has some Server/ Data Center migration. Last year he placed the server in Hong Kong side and this year from Hong Kong to Singapore. They are migrating their data center from other location this year, because of some government policy.
- His IT Infrastructure team is composed of 12 in Hong Kong and 45 in China, he handles the IT Operation team, and in management he is in charge in reginal locations for their IT Infrastructure. Yearly he is doing a plan for IT budget and some projects and present it to their IT Director and Finance Director.
- He is very hand-on especially in Server and networking side. Like setting up server replacement, security setting and data center relocations, setting up networking devices like switch and routers. He is also formulating KPI to his member and present it to his manager.
