1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She said that she is a very cultural person and she have an experience in living in different countries like US, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. After she got her master’s degree in Hong Kong, she started her career in an insurance company which they want to change other peoples view about insurance, which is their main goal. They are separate into 3 teams but they’re also working together with the project manager and the software developers. One of the project that she is handling or working with right now is based on the agency app development. She is the one who creates the application interface or them to sell it and the devices that she used to develop is or the iPad, iPhone, and web pages design.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She said that her strong skill set is or the UI/UX. She also said that she is working closely with the digital team and also performs research methodologies for them to create a quality data analysis. She also knows how to identify the user’s behaviour and always meets the business target. She also good in communicating with her comembers which consist o 30 people and with leadership skills and work as an assistant manager as well. She also does interview users to gain valuable insights and submit it to their manager.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She have an experience for the UI/UX design for 7 years now and with experience in different designing tool such as the Figma, Sketch, and Zeplin. She rates her skills in Figma for 5 out o 5, Sketch is 4 out of 5, and Zeplin for 4 out o 5 as well. She also said that she can do wireframe, mock-up, and rapid prototype for web applications as well as for the mobile applications. She also said that has have a project management experience in her previous job which she needs to cooperate with 10 people in the team and rates her skills in project management 4 out of 5.
