1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is from mainland China and been working in Hong Kong for more than 5 years now. She said that she used to work in a manufacturing industry and electronic industry but most of her work experiences is for the IT industry. She experience a lot of projects even in different industries and mainly worked with the project coordinators or project managers. She helps in the monitoring of the work of their assistant analyst and developers and prepare some documents, meet the clients, and gather the requirements and feedback from them and monitor the status of the project and make sure that the project is still in control.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements? 
   She said that she is good on planning for the project and have a good understanding of the project requirements from the clients, with understanding or knowledge in quality assurance, and she is good in making sure that their system is match in their standards and the clients standards as well. She also has 3 to 4 years project management experience and with 2 years of experience in using Visio as well
