Interview Assessment Notes 

1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His major was actually advertising but he started as a graphic designer. He worked at different agency and inhouse company designing marketing materials and after a few years he became interested and started working with the UI and UX. He worked in some of the fintech industry, airports, and working on the applications. In his previous company, he is mostly focus on designing the version of the application which is a crypto trading platform and tried to design the simple version unlike the pro app.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are with the UI since he started working as a graphic designer and professional in designing websites which mean he also build the structural designs, do some layouts, and build it with an appropriate typography, and spacing to combine it with the UI elements. He also good in UX since he currently doing it and said that before starting the project, he usually do some research for the suer workflow and wireframes to strengthen the structure of the design.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He does have the ability to wireframe, mock-up, and do a rapid prototyping which he rates his skills for that 4 out of 5. He said that he has 4 years of experience in UI/UX designing. Rates his skills for Ui 4.5 while 4 for UX. He have an experience in using Figma, XD, Sketch, and Zeplin as a designing tools and with project management experience as well which he rates his skills 3.5 out of 5.
