1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a Business Analyst her duties include obtaining client needs, analyzing them in their entirety to see whether they can be fulfilled, consulting with the team to design system functionalities, testing them once developed, and presenting the finished system to clients. She is currently in charge of a project that will soon be completed this year.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She specializes in logic and QA details and rates herself 4 out of 5. She has extensive experience creating process workflow diagrams and documents for business needs, using the Agile approach to complete the workflow of certain projects she has managed.
Although she hasn't had any formal training in PowerPoint, she is confident in her ability to use it because she has made her own PowerPoint presentations and presented them to her employer and coworkers. She is familiar with the business aptitude and has the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly even though the Agile methodology was previously relatively new to her but she was able to quickly acquire and understand the concept.
