- He has been working on projects as a Business Analyst for 10+ years and with Agile and ITIL certification.
- He is strongest in Business Analysis and as Scrum Master. He has 4.5+ years of experience in Scrum including writing user stories. Would rate himself 4 out of 5 in Business Analysis and 3.5 out of 5 in Scrum Master. He has done a network capacity planning tool for Telstra. It is an automation tool that will identify the traffic of the internet from one country to another country, it can check automatically if there is any problem with the network and plan for the traffic in peak hours, he was working with the CISCO and delivery team.
- Another project is a mobile insurance project, In this project if the mobile break in a few hours after acquisition they will deliver another mobile. He was working closely with the product owner, he was part of the project from the start and he worked with the IT team to create customer interface tool, the website to order insurance, order replacement form, help write user stories. He was also a part of the process documentation and process creation in which they had to set-up a call center in Malaysia, write the process and set-up of the operations in the call center, and then in the Shipping industry, he had to create a plan and develop a system, gather requirements from the internal office, working closely with HR, Tech, Finance and collected all the requirements and user testing and at XXXX, build new tools and website for internal people, create click view tools and he did a project and worked closely with IT team. He also provides training to business users.
