He is strong in User experience research and capturing user requirements and documentation for project perspective. Have around 2.5 years of experience in Project Management and ERP, in hospital for procurement, user level. A project he has done was in XXXX, official website revamp and the whole process, the role is how to mitigate the visitor experience, user journey, contacts and other elements, how to incorporate them, local users or foreign users, 20 – 30 user teams to approved before launching. This project is in collaboration with UK digital agency so they encountered some difficulties in difference in culture and he is the middle person for senior management for approval and finally overcome, different kinds of technical difficulties, finally endorse after 20 times of modifications and the most successful was he suggested the itineraries on how to visit based on research from local people as tourist dos not know where to go and eat, what to do and how to pay
