1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been working now in the project management for about 4 years now. She is currently a Business Analyst/Project Manager for XXXX which she is responsible for projects that are focused on their client’s accounting application. Before that, she was a Project Analyst for XXXX where she cooperated with 20 scrum teams from 4 business unions for HKT project. Started off her career with XXXX as a Project Management Assistant.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her management skills and is very confident in this field since she has 4+ years of experience in it and is currently handling a development team. Also good with her communication skills. Rates herself a 3.5-4 out of 5 in management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has similar experience with System Integrations during her time in XXXX. Has 4 years of experience in project management roles. She is working on web-based development using Python right now and also has some knowledge in Java. Has CAPM Certification and also planning to apply for PMP this year.
