- She is strongest in SharePoint, RPA, MySQL and Business Analysis. She has been a reliable Business Analyst and is able to make a rapid impact, used SharePoint extensively, RPA for 1 year, and implemented Blue Prism and UiPath for the project and in between, she worked on MySQL. She has good communication skills, has the capacity to travel and train and support the user and she is flexible and also has a capacity to identify problems. She is really passionate about Business Analysis. In her QA Tester role, she was creating test cases, performing test cases, creating issues, and doing Jira report.
- She had done an RPA project in the manufacturing domain, there were a lot of manual processes so there were about 15 to 16 people and the work was reduced to half and it became a group of 4 people. The team was receiving around 500+ tickets and they needed a lot of verification and a lot of cross-checking and after the implementation, they didn’t have to do the processes such as follow-up manually as it was optimized with the RPA implementation.
- She has experience in developing documents for business requirements and process workflow diagrams and experience in insurance and manufacturing and she is knowledgeable in the retail industry and she is quick to grasp and learn. She also has experience in UAT and was responsible for training QA testers, implementing the application and the process. Would rate herself 4 out of 5 in Business Analysis, 5 out of 5 in developing documents and process workflow diagrams, UAT and training of users.
