She is currently working as a functional consultant and current position is to help clients implement ERP solution based on their requirements and most of them are related to ERP Solution and this is something she is good at to provide the ERP Solution to client, include whole project implementation flow, discuss about the solution with clients and see if system can provide and help them utilize the system to help them achieve their expectations and after the development process have the UAT process to check whether the implementation is satisfying for them, migration for the project to go live and basically the whole progress of the project

She is strongest in providing solutions to the clients, designing the flow, business plan and communication. She has 1.5 years of exp in ERP systems and previously worked on an HRIS system and the whole PM skills related were utilized. She has 1 year of experience in PM after she joined her company, after catching up with the company process, she started to participate with the PM process, whole SDLC, more like Agile, have to communicate many times, make sure progress, development, and results satisfy the clients
A project she has done is the most successful one is the donation process like have a company group, during the pandemic, they wanted to build up a system for people to be able donate to different organizations, before was using excel but after wanted to use a system to better maintain the process, not only importing but to help finalize and centralize all the process and all the people from all around the world to be able to donate with specific organizations, the items, specific supplement or some other support and this project has been completed successfully with very positive feedback
