- She is currently working as Business Analyst, in XXXX on different systems, she is the bridge between the business, the clients, terminal users, the local IT, internal developer, QA and support team. She is leading a group of people so that they can be covering all of the requirement from the initial request of the user up to the deployment.
- She is strongest in requirement analysis and gathering and has been a Business Analyst in different industries and performs analysis which helps the clients, the customer and the users and the company to save time and resources.
- She has been a Business Analyst since 2013, she started working as an Analyst for an IT company and then to a marketing company, focused on the B2B trade portal and after she also worked for a bank and eventually here in HK as a Business Analyst for a logistics company. She focuses on the business and the technical side. Would say she is knowledgeable and familiar with different approach, technologies, skills and handling a different group of people.
- She had done an implementation of the Oracle fusion system as the main financial system of each terminal, she spearheaded the implementation since day 1 up to the production. It was implemented to 11 going 12 terminals. It was a system data update, data migration from old systems or manual process or terminal POS systems to the integration to the global financial system to the head office
- She has extensive experience in developing documents for business requirements and process workflow diagrams and currently being used as reference by QAs, support management, developers and also by other BAs, and newcomers as a way of source to familiarize themselves with the process. She also has experience in retail when at XXXX and has experienced working with the group of the department store and the acquired convenience store in Indonesia for inventory.
- She has extensive experience in UAT and training of the users. Would rate herself 4 out of 5 UAT and training of user and 4.5 out of 5 in developing business process and workflow diagrams.
