He is a mechanical engineer and has been doing business development and management and has been working in heat ventilation and worked in B2B and B2C marketing in automotive and has worked with big petrol companies. And 15 years he joined a company where he does B2B business and was mainly selling footwear materials and had worked there for 10 years and 2 years ago he left his previous company. And he started his own consulting company which is Yauray and provides study for HK companies and recently he finished a project with a company.

  1. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?

He is a people leader, and he has 15 people before and he has worked with a lot of country managers and provides business directions for them. He has a strong customer management skill like B2B and B2C and he is strong in people management, and he was also managing 40 distributors in China as well as the Sales team. He also has a strong strategic development and organization development and has managed a lot of business. As a regional lead, he needs to work with other regions and managed IKEA HK and worked with US and Euro market.

He started a new scope of work which is with a SAAS company and he is working on a very hands on IT project and he studied the platform and he also studied the capacity and capability of the platform and when he tries to promote the platform to the HK market he worked with SME's and it was a huge key to their success, he has a clear understanding of the capabilities of his platform.
4. He also worked with key accounts and understands the stakeholders and users. He also takes serious the feedback that they take so that they could their platform more user friendly and takes all the request of the customers very seriously.
