She has 28 years of experience and she started in Business Consulting and then moved to IT business/infrastructure and then started in X and focused on China market in her first 6 years and then she stayed for Oracle for 15 years and she works on selling new product of the company and she sold applications and database, and she is coming from a more consulting background and she sold all types of CRM/ERM applications.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She has a strong knowledge in selling new products. She has a strong experience in doing Enterprise Solutions, including Cybersecurity, MSSP, Security as a Service, SaaS.
- And then after 7-8 years she did solutions packaging and then in 2010 she began take Sales leadership role and then she led a team where she was responsible for driving sales for telecom and media operators, and it was more complex at that point of the time. It built her foundation on working on complex deals.
- When X launched the cloud platform, she was the one assigned to the SAAS unit which was the first generation of SAAS leaders and then she achieved a lot of things especially working on SAAS deals and she worked on the APAC region and then primarily her experience was been on cloud and application layers.
- Then she was hunted to join a new company in 2015 and when she worked in Oracle and then in some years, she also ran North Asia. She then worked for a small team in HK and Taiwan as a Managing Director and ran the Sales and Marketing and Support functions in the country. She then grew the market position of the company to be a top company in HK and Taiwan.
- Then she joined British Telecom, and her role was bigger and she was responsible for running the leader for all aspects of the Security business of BT in the AMEA Region, covering the overall regional strategy as well as the end-to-end execution capability from Sales.
- Her current company was the first digital bank in China and is also one of the largest digital banks ranked by Asian Banker and she is more on the data driven practices and they want to have the customers to have a fast experience and all the experience is driven on Data and all the technology used are developed inhouse by themselves. The bank uses AI, Big Data, Blockchain, Cybersecurity and Distributed Architecture.
