He studied in Canada and graduated in International Business and went back to HK in 2006 to start his career and did international sales and worked with different brands for international sales. He is currently working for French company, and they work in the APAC region, he has a strong experience in International Sales.

  1. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?

He has managed a small team of Salespeople of 3-5 people. He has a knowledge on how to deal with people and build trust with him and clients both externally and internally. He also has a strong idea on how he can represent himself to the people and to the client. One of the major things he does as a Salesperson is to try to understand on what the client and their customers/subordinates needs, so he might be able to do actions and help them.

  1. He also has a couple of procedures and experience in doing Sales, in his previous work he was managing a Sales team and they help define the process with conversion rate and on each path, they have different strategies on how to do it and he also provides Sales training on how to talk with clients and how they managed to close clients.
  2. He also does Project Management until now and he oversees 4 exhibitions and 2 of them is on China and 2 is in Southeast Asia. The one in Shanghai is the largest exhibition in the World and all the international sales in all under his team and any customer outside of China is under his team and he also does a lot of project-based experience and other business.
5. In his first job he was helping a Computer accessory brand which they have a manufacturing company in China and he was promoted two times as Executive and he also worked closely with manufacturers and he was also very active on the industry side and try to learn the latest trend, he also still communication up until now. He also worked with Kasperksy to do Software selling and did a Marketing campaign for the anti-virus products.
