He has managed worldwide network services in supporting organization global business operation and provide leadership and innovation in IT infrastructure service operation. He currently works for XXXXXX as Change Management Officer, and he handles the system improvement. He also has worked for different organizations such as telco, airlines, hotels & casinos etc.

His strongest skill is in service/project management. In the past 10 years he has worked in operation service delivery projects. He is also very knowledgeable in IT infrastructure /Data Centre setup, Contract & Service Management, Project management, IT solution package selling, Technology research, SOP formulation & IT compliance.
