Currently working as a Client Services Analyst serving 1.8K in HK for IT-related issues including troubleshooting, virtualization of desktop Citrix, IT equipment inventory management, maintaining user accounts and computer devices, and coordinating with global IT support teams to solve the issues. He has been engaged in 2 projects with his current company the Staff Management Portal and Inventory management portal.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in troubleshooting IT-related issues and rates himself 4 out of 5. He has solid experience in O365, SharePoint Online, Office, Teams, and OneDrive where he resolved more complex end-user issues and requests. He is familiar with Active Directory and has knowledge of Azure backup but no experience in managing roles. However, he has solid experience with the other backup and recovery tools such as AD Backup, Veeam, Ghost, and Acronis. He added he has basic knowledge of SCCM as an end-user.
